Keith Reynolds started Maxim Communications in 1995 to help businesses integrate computers and the Internet into their marketing mix. He is a writer, consultant and sequential entrepreneur, having helped to launch several new businesses.

Mr. Reynolds has a wealth of experience in analyzing, creating and managing business development strategies for both consumer and business-to-business clients. Mr. Reynolds specializes in strategic analysis and planning, concept and creative development, company, brand and product positioning and promotion; in addition to application of Internet and eCommerce methodologies.

Prior to starting Maxim, Mr. Reynolds was a program manager on IBM's first consumer brand marketing initiative with the PS/2 beginning in 1988. There, he integrated 11 data sets in what was an early application of analytical computing to business problem solving. Subsequently, as a consultant with Silicon Valley-based Metaphor Corporation, Mr. Reynolds worked with NYNEX (Now Verizon) and IBM on the development of marketing and financial business intelligence systems.

As an independent marketing consultant in the mid-eighties, Mr. Reynolds undertook various field-marketing and business development assignments for AT&T, Cablevision, IBM, the Miller Brewing Co. division of Philip Morris and CBS Records, among others. In college, he produced concerts and large-scale campus events for the university. He also taught English at the Chinese consulate for 3 years in New York City and was in Beijing in June of 1989 during the Tiananmen Square massacre.

Mr. Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University and has taught marketing and e-commerce at Norwalk Community College. With his best friend and wife he met in High School, he has 2 amazing children. he and his wife manage a two-career lifestyle in Stamford, Connecticut.
