Professional Fees
Maxim works under contract ranging from project-based to annual retainer agreements. Maxim charges professional fees for activities, which are agreed with clients in advance, and then invoiced either on a monthly or project basis.

Out of Pocket Expenses
Invoices from vendors or other third parties are not marked-up. Major out-of-pocket expenses for all activities are estimated in advance for client approval.
